- You can return products within 7 days of delivery, except for non-returnable items. To place a return request, go to “My Orders” on our website and follow the steps. A Return ID will be generated — please keep it noted.
- We offer pick-up in select areas. If not available, you can self-ship the unused, unwashed product with all tags and mention your Order Number and Return ID inside the package. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return reaches us.
- To exchange an item, request it within 7 days from “My Orders.” If your address is eligible, you’ll get an Exchange ID. Keep the product ready, and hand it over to our delivery staff when they bring the replacement.
- If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, the full amount including the convenience fee will be refunded. However, for returned orders, the convenience fee and the ₹100 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, only the eligible product amount will be refunded. Self-shipping charges may be reimbursed as per policy.
