- To exchange an item, request it within 7 days from “My Orders.” If your address is eligible, you’ll get an Exchange ID. Keep the product ready, and hand it over to our delivery staff when they bring the replacement.
- If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, the full amount including the convenience fee will be refunded. However, convenience fees are non-refundable for returned orders. Self-shipping charges may be reimbursed as per policy.
